The questions we are asked most about paying in crypto.
How is the exchange rate set?
We lock the rate the moment you confirm. The quote you accept is the price you pay — it does not move while the transfer clears.
Do you handle tax or reporting?
No. We are a concierge, not a tax adviser. We provide a clear receipt for every booking; how you account for it is between you and your advisers.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds follow the terms of each supplier — a yacht, a villa, a restaurant. Where a refund is due, we return it in the same currency you paid, less any network fees.
Do you require KYC?
For most bookings, no. For high-value or long-term arrangements we may ask for basic verification, in line with UAE regulations. We keep it minimal and discreet.
Which wallet do I send to?
We generate a fresh wallet address for each booking and send it to you directly on WhatsApp. Never act on an address from any other channel.
