We take a private setting in the dunes outside Dubai and build an evening around your table alone — your guests, your chef, your pace.
A Private Chef
A chef cooks for your group on site. The menu is yours — Emirati, Levantine, Japanese, a tasting menu, or a simple grill done well.
We handle dietary needs, wine pairings, and service, with discreet staff who stay in the background.
The Setting
We dress the evening to the occasion. Common touches include:
- Low seating, lanterns, and a fire as the night cools
- A long formal table for a celebration, or floor cushions for something relaxed
- A falconry display at golden hour
- Vintage Land Rovers to bring your group across the sand
- A stargazer with a telescope once dinner is done
- Live oud or a quiet DJ, depending on the mood you want

A private desert dinner suits the evenings that matter — a proposal, an anniversary, a milestone birthday, or hosting clients you want to impress quietly.
It also works as the still centre of a busy Dubai trip. One night, away from the city, with nothing to arrange yourself.
How We Run It
You tell us the date, the number of guests, and the feeling you are after. We design the rest and send you a plan to approve.
On the night, a car collects you in the city and brings you home. Every part in between is handled.

How far from the city is it?
Most sites are 45 minutes to an hour from central Dubai. We arrange the transfer both ways, so the drive is part of the evening, not a chore.
How many guests can you host?
From an intimate table for two to a group of fifty or more. The setting scales — tell us the number and we design to it.
How much notice do you need?
A bespoke setup is best planned a week or more ahead. For smaller groups we can sometimes move faster — ask us.
What is the best time of year?
October to April brings comfortable evenings. In the warmer months we plan later starts and shaded, cooled setups.
